I’ve always had good experiences at Jiffy Lube, but today the Rocky Point (NY) location went above and beyond. Josh and Lonnie were polite and professional, which is no surprise, but they were friendly and engaging as well. Lonnie and I continued to chat after my car was done, making the entire experience a pleasure.

Lani and Josh were amazing, the process was speedy and the team was super helpful, I’ll definitely be back

Was my first time at a JiffyLube and I was happily surprised by the speed and quality of the service. They workers were friendly and charismatic and the waiting area was cute. Would go again if I had to.

Went to get my oil changed and was completely surprised by not only how efficient all the workers were, but how kind and respectful they were! It only took about 5-10 minutes, and then I was right on the road again ???? definitely would recommend for an oil change!!!

Thank you Tom and John, (I got there like 10 minutes before closing and felt bad but they were totally welcoming and told me it was no trouble at all, went through the extras my older truck could benefit from and took the time to do it and did a great job) thanks!

Service never fails. Always in & out. Never upsold on something that’s not needed. They explain why something is needed & if something isn’t needed right away. My go-to spot for Oil Changes since my first car

Genuinely surprised by how professional and fast everything was. There’s always a little stigma around jiffy lubes in my state but this was a honestly refreshing visit. Will be back

They did a good job. I like the fact that I can bring my own oil and filter and it’s not a problem. Also, with my vet, I can pull right in not putting it up on a lift like that also
