John and the crew were all really good. He's super friendly and explained all the options available and he was great at communicating all of the features of the services they offer and performed for my oil change. I'll be back.

I came to the Rocky Point, NY Jiffy Lube this morning and was so incredibly pleased with the wonderful, helpful and professional people who did the service on my SUV in no time. They truly were amazing and I am so very thankful for their professionalism. I highly recommend this location. If you want to be completely satisfied with the service, I would go see them. Thank you to this amazing crew.

I had an exceptional experience at Jiffy Lube today. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. Special thanks to John, who removed my old cabin air filter with an abandoned mouse nest without flinching, handling the unpleasant job gently, neatly, and professionally. Outstanding service from start to finish; I highly recommend this location. (Synthetic oil and air & cabin filter change)

I’ve always had good experiences at Jiffy Lube, but today the Rocky Point (NY) location went above and beyond. Josh and Lonnie were polite and professional, which is no surprise, but they were friendly and engaging as well. Lonnie and I continued to chat after my car was done, making the entire experience a pleasure.

Was my first time at a JiffyLube and I was happily surprised by the speed and quality of the service. They workers were friendly and charismatic and the waiting area was cute. Would go again if I had to.
