Excellent service performed in a jiffy

Drove up with no appointment and Scott was immediately there to help me. He guided me in, looked over the vehicle. I saw him sign the new oil filter, never saw that but I like it. He was asking what I needed and didn’t push or oversell products and only recommended what was needing attention. The inside is pretty clean, especially for what they do. The tools and equipment look well maintained and organized. Made sure my car was good to go as my family was starting a road trip. Definitely my new go to oil change spot! I know there were other employees working under the vehicle and I didn’t get their names but Scott and his crew on 27Fed2026 is great.

The young man saw me right away answered every question I had, after going over everything the service was done in no time and out the door with a smile and a handshake

We were treated so nicely and I have not come to Jiffy Lube because of one of the employees that I was so called friendly with Paul and I heard the manager fight him so the first thing I did was go to church I'm will always continue to go back you are crew do so much for me with so much free advice over the last 3 to 5 years I mean unbelievable the manager is amazing and I wind up staying there 30 to 40 minutes just talking with the guys it's a pleasure to do

I was way over due for my oil change. I Pulled into jiffy lube, in Riverhead, and was greeted by, and taken care of by Scott. I Can't say enough! Everything was explained t o me, so that I could understand..kind, very 6fast but thorough, and he made the entire experience pleasant!! Thankyou Scott, and thd crew at Riverhead Jiffy lube!! I WILL be back!!!_

What are we rating here? Luxury, attentiveness, perks… no! These guys are great. No one tried to sell me anything I didn’t need, or at all actually. They gave me a coupon I didn’t walk in with. That was appreciated. I’m sorry that I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who processed the transaction. They are pleasant, helpful, efficient & quick. There is a clean bathroom & quality water fountain as well as chairs to sit on. What else are you asking for at an oil change?

Fast and quick. I usually do my own oil changes but I was traveling and needed to have my oil changed 104$ later wow.

Got my oil changed today. The guys were professional and knowledgable. Drive thru oil-change, it took about 10 minutes. Easy.
