Highly recommend - such a great experience every time. Rob was friendly and informative as he walked me through the breakdown of charges. Melinda is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Hoffman Jiffylube in Queensbury is truly the quickest and most efficient oil change that I know I can trust! Everyone works incredibly hard here and it shows. Melinda even let me know my inspection was up soon which I hadn’t realized and so she saved me a trip by taking care of that while I was here today. I really appreciated that.

Excellent and friendly

I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube since I moved to Queensbury more than eight years ago. While there were some initial hiccups after the ownership transition from Hoffman’s, the current management and service team are truly top-notch. Over the last few weeks, I’ve had one vehicle serviced for a regular oil change and another brought in for an inspection. On both occasions, the service was efficient, professional, friendly, and thorough. I appreciate the consistency and will continue to recommend this location.

I would leave a 5 star review but I don't believe I'd be sending the right message to the company. Your employees are great and I have NEVER had an issue. I've been going to JiffyLube locations for about 10 years. When I have taken my car other places because I felt I couldn't wait, I have severely regretted it and also paid handsomely, literally and figuratively. Your people are awesome and doing their best, but they are short staffed. The company can do better in marketing, training, and being flexible for your employees and their families. Your front desk check-in staff should not be "manning" 3 different stations. My inspection could be done with quality in less than 40 minutes if you were properly staffed. One thing that can be improved (lends into being short staffed), is not checking in more cars while your bay is full. I understand how getting people in the lounge quickly might be considered good customer service, however, it might be better to get people out sooner. This location is great and they all deserve a raise.

Melinda and her team did an outstanding job today. We have been getting our cars inspected there for 15 years. Got inspection done , replaced wipers, new bulbs and a great once over down to the tire pressure.Super friendly staff , fast, thorough and most of all many smiles.Thank you and see you again soon.

The absolute best service I’ve had at a Jiffy in years! The woman who checked me out was super helpful, kind and personable, as well as Rob the tech who actually listened to my needs and did not make me feel like a woman who doesn’t know anything.
