Stopped into Jiffy Lube Port Jefferson as a walk-in customer during the busy 4th of July holiday weekend, expecting to be turned away, however, the staff (Marshall & Kyron) greeted me right away! explained my needs quickly and updated me throughout the very quick process! They remained friendly, professional, and efficient despite the holiday rush and extreme heat warning! My oil change and inspection were completed thoroughly, and the technician took the time to explain their findings without any pressure to purchase additional services. I left feeling valued as a customer and impressed by how well the team handled my car services with excellent customer assistance. The experience overall was well worthy of a 5-star rating!

Waiting room was dirty with garbage on the door and seats. Other than that, the staff is nice and professional. Service was quick and hassle free.

Great service, especially by Manny, who after told me they were out of oil filter for my car, he drove to Autozone to get it, so I could get oil change. Also, watching him train a new employee, showed this guy cared about his coworkers and customers, hearing him tell her, "I won't put something in a customer's car, that I wouldn't put in mine." Not sure if Manny is the store manager, but he should be.
