They were so polite and helpful and fast. Getting my internal filter was a pain- requiring time and messing with multiple components and they didn’t grumble or even sigh out of frustration. Got the jobs done and were great to work with.

I’ve been going here for so long and they have really made this place so much better and professional! The employees are kind, and walk you through the whole process. Ryan always does such a great job, his professionalism and kindness is GREAT! You can hear them all working together. I will always come here for my oil change!

I got my oil change done at this location along with a new air filter for my Nissan. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, some crazy old lady came barreling through the intersection and totaled my new car. The gentlemen that worked at this location were all extremely supportive and complete BROS when I was shaken up after the crash and they even gave me a place to sit and a ride home. Not only did I receive top notch service from these guys on my new but now wrecked vehicle, but I also was shown compassion and was reminded that there are still good people out there. You won’t find a better group of guys.

I have been taking my vehicles here for a while now. It’s fast, easy, and convenient. I have never had any issues it’s basically in and out. Today I have to say I actually got to view and hear the 3 gentleman who were working together in unison on my vehicle. Usually I use that time to catch up on my phone and busy myself in the vehicle. They were absolutely fantastic. I heard them calling out to each other what they were doing and going thru their check list. I don’t bother with taking the time to write a review who would care anyways right. I’m writing this so everyone knows what exceptional customer service is. It is the jiffy lube on 7th street Olean.
