Very quick and convenient service from CJ and Kyle. Replaced my blinker in a quick 10 minutes. Got me in same day for an inspection, and also replaced my rear brake pads and rotors a few months ago. Got me in very quick all three times. Will continue going here for quick and convenient car service. No appointments needed!

Okay, Jiffy Lube management, here’s how you make a difference and gain the trust of your customers and clients. Your employee CJ should be rewarded. It was 4:59 p.m., and your employee, CJ (what a great guy!), was about to close the shop for the day, which closes at 5 p.m. I approached him and asked if he could repair my tire. I was traveling a longer distance, and the tire had a screw in it, which was slowly leaking air. Politely, CJ informed me that the garage was closed, but if he could see the screw, he would repair it right there in front of the garage. He did just that and stayed an extra 15 minutes to fix my tire. Now, let’s go back half an hour earlier. I called Mavis in the area which also closes at 5pm. The guy there said he wasn’t taking customers after 4:30pm and suggested that I check with Pep Boys. I went to Pep Boys, now it was around 4:45pm and was told that they were closing at 5pm and that they couldn’t help me until Monday. The guy was kinda rude, and it was a Saturday, so I assumed he was tired. But not CJ at Jiffy! He looked tired and had a closed shop, yet he still offered to help and fixed my tire. Next time I’m in the area, CJ, you’re getting a box of donuts and my business. Heats off, CJ, brother. People like you make difference in today’s world and deserve a raise.

Friendly and professional will be going back again .

I normally go in for an oil change and tire rotation at opening, however, my wife had an appointment and wasn’t able to get there until after noon. It was a Friday afternoon and they were quite busy. The technician checked me in, saying it would be about a 20 minute wait. After 45 minutes he thanked me for my patience and shared that the tire rotation would be free. They were very kind and recommended a headlight cleaning of which I accepted. Pleasant experience and made my wait worthwhile!

My only complaint is how hot is was that day and how the A/C wasnt really pumping enough. The price was okay with the coupon

Stopped in for a quick NYS inspection - was in and out in 30 minutes, no hassles or up-sells.

Excellent service, fast and convenient. Even though I wasnt sure to pull up to the bay for my oil change lol. I believe one gentleman was training. And his trainer was doing well as well as the trainee! Everything was smooth. The waiting room was clean. Coffee water and free Wi-Fi. Was nice to see what the guys were doing through the glass as your able to see your vehicle. Even at the transaction I had asked about a coupon and was given to a coupon better than the coupon code I had. By $5.
