The staff and service were awesome today!!!

Excellent oil change service! The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. They completed the service quickly, checked everything thoroughly, and made sure my vehicle was in great condition before I left. Fair pricing, honest service, and great attention to detail. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable automotive maintenance.

In and out, quick NYS inspection. However when I called their number it was just some angry lady yelling at me.

I had a wonderful experience at this Jiffy Lube location! All the staff was honest, quick, and informative. I had my transmission fluid/brake fluid replaced and my tires rotated. Very reasonable prices! Tyrone the manager made sure all my concerns were addressed. Will definitely recommend to others or come back when needed and in the area!

Went in for a quick oil change @ 8AM on a Saturday morning and boy was it quick! In and out within 15 minutes. Tyrone was a pleasure to deal with. He told me what else was needed but I wasn’t pressured to have anything done right that moment. Great place for an oil change in a jiffy!

The crew was kind, courteous, and professional!

The 2 gentleman ( I didn't ask their names and The receipt has 4 different names ) who helped me today were wonderful!! Accommodating beyond belief, one of them even let me his phone charger. The technician Came into the waiting room 2 different times to show and explain to me what he had to do. They were professional and went above and beyond. I will be back for sure. And I will tell all my friends at NYU Langone Long Island too!!

Great place. Great service. Gabriel and Javier were very attentive and fully explained everything I needed to know. They inspected thoroughly and were very nice. Thanks guys for the great service. I told a few people I went to you and they agreed as well that this place is great.

MIGUEL DID a great job putting the license plate back on the car. It had fallen off and Honda makes it a little harder then the other cars to get it back on.

Good JOB! Excellent service

Very happy with my experience and service at the Mineola location for an oil change. Very fast and reasonably priced. Found some valuable coupons at the corporate site and saved $35. Team was professional, friendly, and courteous. So pleased that I immediately returned the same morning for an oil change on my second vehicle. Special shout out to Miguel and Tyrone only because I spent more time chatting with them (and got some advice), but everyone was welcoming and friendly.

Got my inspection done today, tires rotated and an oil change . Tyrone, the store manager and staff were both friendly and efficient. This took less time than I thought it would.

Staff was very courteous and polite, simple oil change taken care of quickly so I can continue on with my day.

I brought my EV in for a tire rotation today. Edwin and Wilvens took great care of my car! Very courteous and professional, and used rubber blocks to protect the underbody. They even torqued the lug nuts to the correct spec! Very impressed. Thank you!

Can’t even tell you how pleased I am with this location. Edwin & Javier have done oil changes for me numerous times and they always are kind and courteous. When given the chance they always give me good advice on what my cars have needed, even if it doesn’t benefit Jiffy Lube and would need to go elsewhere. That’s part of the reason I come back here. Highly recommend.

Tighe Gabriel and Javier hooked it up it was a stress free, quick, and efficient oil change. They updated the mileage and also pointed out something with the engine and were super helpful. Took about 20 minutes total and clean bathroom and water station while waiting. Also put air in the tires. And helped with getting coupon.

Tyrone helped me out what a great guy made the process very quick and easy I was in and out everything was checked and I’m happy to come back again!!

Very professional had a great experience today.
