Ever since Dan Ward retired, I am lucky to have been referred to Jiffy Lube. I arrived, oh we know you are a regular customer. We’ll take care of it. 20 minutes later, the light was replaced and I was a safer driver again.

I have now taken my car to the Jiffy Libe in Kingston about 5 times now. I am always satisfied with their quick and efficient service. Hayden and the rest of the staff are excellent. I appreciate their attitude and professionalism.

It was an overall great experience, not too long and the price was surprisingly great, will definitely return again for help for sure!

Went in for an inspection, decided to get the oil changed, unfortunately the DMV went down before they could finish so I will need to go back, not their fault, was very apologetic.

had such a great experience! Felt no judgement for my 24 year old car’s… signs of age. Big shout out to Marissa for recognizing the niche band sticker stuck on the back. Kyle and Miranda were also super helpful. Waiting area had excellent air conditioning and plenty of room. 10/10

The staff as a whole individually played there rolls together as a team and were very detailed about their service and had me in and out and were all respectful ... thanks i appreciate it ill be back to this location

Went in for an inspection. Quick easy painless. Friendly, courteous, professional. It was nice to see some women working there, some of my best friends are female mechanics.

I went in for an inspection and they didn't think they could get me in. As I went to leave they told me that they could, indeed, perform my inspection. They got my car in right away. They did recommend a new air filter, which I needed and had installed. They had me out in a short time. They were all professional, courteous, and friendly. One of the techs offered me 15 dollars off my air filter for being a health care provider. When it rang up it only took 11 dollars off because it was supposed to be 15% not 15 dollars. I was fine with it but the manager told me he would honor what was offered and he gave me the 15 dollars off. That was appreciated and shows that they treat you as a valued customer and not just another faceless person walking in their establishment. I highly recommend them and will be back.
