Awesome experience! Paul and boys were super quick and easy to get along with. I will definitely come back and would recommend everyone else in Rochester to aswell!

Had a terrible experience at Valvoline came to Jiffy Lube in Irondequoit to get my inspection done and they noticed that now that Valvoline changed my oil it was leaking!! It was very clean there. Everybody was friendly. They did everything that they could to help me and they were very patient with me as I was very frustrated with Valvoline ! It was an extremely good experience after such a terrible experience at Valvoline I will always go there from now on!! Ray and Paul were the ones that helped me and were able to help fix my problems and make things a much easier experience for everything I needed for my vehicle!

Always great service. Went in for an oil change and inspection and was out in less than an hour.

Paul, Ray, & Mateo took great care of me and my car: quick & courteous, with helpful explanations. Lobby is clean and has coffee and tea.

Went into Jiffy LubeIrondequoit. My low tire pressure light was on . Paul was very nice and respectful and said he would take care of it for me . He checked the tires and put air in them for me . I was so appreciative I am a 78 year old woman . Who does not know how to check tires . I really appreciate and will probably return for other services!! Thanks again Paul!!

Went for oil change. Had an exhaust leak. They wanted 600.00 + to fix it. Went to neighborhood garage. It needed a gasket, cost me 100.00

The excellent service given to me was beyond extraordinary. Everything was exclaimed to me in laymen's terms where I could understand them. My bill was feasible because I knew my vehicle was on good hands. The pure honesty about repairs and cost superceded my expectations. I thank you all so much for the personable care given to me. I'm this world we don't find that in the service industry much.. Thank you and see you in 2 weeks
