Noon on a Tuesday, Jiffy Lube were able to get me in & inspected. 4 other Inspection Stations turned me away prior - no availability/need appointment. Jiffy Lube said come on over. You’d think an inspection should be pretty easy - it was. Quick and painless. Much easier than last year at a dealership. Connor and team were great! Personable, Knowledgeable, Quick and Very Helpful! You’ve gained a new customer - I’ll be back. Thanks Connor!

I went in to get an oil change and NYS inspection. Unfortunately, my brakes needed to be replaced. I was shown exactly what was wrong; they didn't just want me to take their word for it. They offered a very good price on new pads and rotors. Everything was done quickly. I will be returning for future service.

The service I received today was excellent by all the guys. This is my second time going to this location and both times the service was top tier.

Me and my Fiance came to this location on 7/29/25 to get our oil changed and we had an exceptional experience compared to the other places we’ve been to in the past. The main mechanic who helped us, Connor, went above and beyond with his customer service! All the employees at this location are wonderful assets to the company. We will continue to come back for oil changes:) !

While the crew was short staffed and very busy they replaced my battery quickly and got me back in the road within half an hour. It was the easiest part of my day. Very courteous too.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! Truly above and beyond for the customer. A specific shout out to Paul who made it his mission to make sure I got to a pressing work commitment on time after my car needed more work than I initially anticipated. But they got it fixed up and on the road within a few hours and helped me get to where I needed to go safely. Can’t thank all the guys there enough.
