Brianna was wonderful: checked something I was told elsewhere needed attention ( wasn’t true!). Was honest and not pushy: I’ll be back early September for air filter replacement! And your shop will be my go-to for oil changes, etc.

Fast service and very nice people. They gave me a free car wash and I was able to vacuum my car as well.

Service at the Hudson NY location has always been great. Today I was BLOWN away at the increased prices for an oil change! I know the location has no control but WOW!!!!! ??

Staff was helpful, clear about the wait for my inspection, and explained that this particular day 1 inspector was on duty, other days 2. It was efficient, and a very friendly environment. Checkout was simple and quick. Great staff for inspections and checkout. I’m pretty sure inspection prices are set by the state, so no surprises there. Just what I expected.

Very fast and a pleasant experience always

I just needed an inspection & Greg was super nice and fast.

Went for an inspection of my Audi A5, and it was quick and smooth. My hood wasn’t closing, but they fixed the latch for me without charging anything extra. Customer service was top notch too. Definitely recommend them!

Always a great experience at our local jiffy lube. The team performed a routine inspection on my vehicle and I just want to say how lucky you are to have Greg he is exceptionally great with customer service and making us feel at home!

Best place to have your car inspected. Such nice people and they’re really good about telling exactly what your car needs and why. If you need an inspection get there early!

Christian and his team are fantastic! They made recommendations based on my mileage and vehicle. They showed me this little test strip that showed my coolant had broken down, so I got a Radiator service. I also had a gross air filter so I had that taken care of, too. As a Jeep owner, I need car people I can trust. I trust these folks! Shout out to Robin and Greg who worked on my car!

Went for just an oil change prior to a road trip to Florida. Even though it was one hour before closing time everyone was super courteous and sweet. Got me in and out in record time, thanks Hudson, NY staff, youre the best. Oh and the car was great too.
