I had an oil change, air filter replacement, and tire rotation performed at this location. The service I received was excellent! The team even ordered the correct air filter from another location since they did not have it in stock. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this location.

I really do like this place. The workers are all very friendly and give good honest advice and they really care about your car and its upkeep.

Great service! My inspection was past due, and they squeezed me in at the last minute. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and got my inspection and tire rotation done quickly at a very reasonable price. The shop was clean, felt safe, and even had a coffee table for guests. I’m so grateful and will definitely be back!

We realized when my step daughter was leaving out of town the car needed to be inspected, after trying several places to no avail my friend suggested the jiffy lube in Henrietta. I'm thankful he did. I had a great visit today. I usually go elsewhere for an oil change but will be taking my car here from now on. Exceedingly friendly service all the way to escorting me out to my vehicle and holding my door open when leaving. The staff was so friendly, especially the manager Charles. Easily some of the quickest and friendliest experiences I’ve had at a mechanic. Price was set reasonably and I was taken care of in less than 30 minutes.
