These guys are awesome! I pulled up because I was in need of a tire repair. They were very busy but the gentleman came out and took care of me. I had a van full of dogs. I believe his name was Zach. He needs a raise!!!

I’m not sure which guy it was that did my oil change I never got a name but my receipt says it was either Devin or Walt anyway whichever one it was checked over my entire car even though it was only there for an oil change and found that my serpentine belt was bad and that my brakes were getting low and needed to be changed… whichever ever young, tall, brown haired i believe guy it was I give my sincere thanks to cause he saved my butt by letting me know that belt was going bad. He saved me from having to spend more money by letting me know it needed to be changed asap or else my car was gonna be scrap. So thank you to whichever guy it was and he totally deserves a raise or something for it!

At least Jiffy Lube let's you know what kind and brand of oil they're using when they change the oil. Previously when I had it changed at another place, they weren't even sure what type of it oil it was much less the brand. But that's ok, I know where I'm going from now on...

Had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Hamburg! Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment I arrived. They were quick, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of without making me feel pressured into anything I didn’t need. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Guy in the lower bay was the best!! I really appreciated how honest and welcoming the staff was. True to their name, my oil changes are always done in a Jiffy, which is great! In addition, the technicians are always very courteous and pleasant. When I need service, I will certainly return to Jiffy!

Great people, quick service, competitive prices. Time is money and I save both there. I hardly finished a nice cup of coffee (which they provided free of charge) and my car was ready to go off to the gym and get my haircut. I like efficiency at a fair price.

I pulled in near end of day to get a nail out of my tire after running over one on the way home and Micah was so kind to take a look at it, remove the nail and patch it up even though they were closing shortly. They really went above and beyond. Will recommend Jiffy Lube to everyone.
