This establishment was on point. I have almost 130k on a F150 and this was the first mention of a cabin air filter to be changed. The manager was awesome and friendly like a family member. We chatted about a few things. I would highly recommend. They also were quick and reliable.

A very quick and painless oil change, which was exactly what I wanted. They explained to me that in order to maintain my vehicle's warranty I'd need to do the full synthetic, which I was hoping to get away with the blend, but I'm glad they said something. They accepted my coupon and the pric was actually acceptable to me. I'd take my wife's vehicle back for another oil change.

Got there on an online appointment and went for an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection, I’ve never been here before and usually went to valvoline, but they’re usually expensive ash, the oil change was around 140$ since I get synthetic for my new car, and I told them about the inspection when I was there in person, I never knew that it had to be done on phone and not online so they let it slide since it was my first time there, super friendly, needed a new tire and they got the job done in about 4 hours and the overall total was around 350$, worth it fr, whipped my car home right after to test run it and it worked beautifully, great job to them ??

Service is always excellent at Jiffy Lube. I went in for an oil change & didn't wait long at all. They replaced a vent & topped off a fluid. I used $27 coupon & my bill was reasonable. I always go there for an oil change. It's so easy. Employees are friendly & they always tell you everything you need to know about your vehicle. The business is run well. I hope the employees are treated well with good wages. They deserve it. Thank you.

I went in for an oil change and David helped me out! I told him my back right tire has been weird with the air pressure and to see if he could Check it out. There was a tiny nail in my tire!! I really appreciate him patching it up and taking care of it. Very nice guy! All the guys here are always great and helpful.

I’ve been to Jiffy Lube locations all across the East Coast, but somehow the best one I’ve ever visited ended up being here in Western New York. I stopped in for a bulb replacement and was blown away by the customer service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. I was helped by Nate who was awesome! If you’re in WNY, this is absolutely the Jiffy Lube to visit. They’ve earned a customer for the next several years. 11/10
