They took us right in and fixed our tire for good price

Employees were professional and kind. They cared about my problem and helped me figure it out. I have had service here before and have always been extremely satisfied.

I am happy with the service.

They were quick but efficient. They not only changed my oil but checked my lights, checked for leaks, topped off the fluids, checked tire pressure & added where needed, and even washed ny windshield. All of this was very affordable. Very happy customer!!! Nice waiting area offering you coffee or bottled water. Great staff!

Quick and easy!! They spilled a little bit of oil but they took the time to clean it up so i didn't have any smoke coming out of the exhaust or smell of it as i was driving.

Was greeted curbside upon arrival! And able to get an oil change, with no appointment, within minutes. All personnel were polite, informative and professional. Great service! I had never been to Jiffy Lube before this but will definitely go back.

Manager Mike met me right at my car and took my non appointment vehicle in. It was thoroughly inspected, passed while I had a cup if Green Mt. Coffee, and was on my way in 20 minutes. A-1 place!!

I called ahead and there was nobody there. I was able to get right in. I did get an automated coupon sent to me while I was on there their voice system. Mike took care of me when I got there and everything was great. Showed me both the cabin filter as well as the air filter.

Excellent and speedy service! The staff were incredibly friendly, and I was able to walk in without an appointment and be helped immediately. No wait time at all! I'll definitely be returning. Thank you, Cody, for providing such a great experience! ?????

Fast and courteous

Showed up with my friend to get a tow ball changed out for a different size on our vehicle and all employees assisted with no hesitation. These guys did an amazing job respectfully, professionally and quickly. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I was in Geneseo when a check engine light went on. Rather than risk a drive home, I stopped at Jiffy Lube and everyone was wonderful. They were friendly and set my mind at ease. Even after they determined I was OK to drive home, they continued to reassure me that it would not be dangerous to me, or the vehicle. They did tell me I should take the car to my regular garage. Just really helpful and kind.

My service was absolutely FANTASTIC!! It was an emergency need before an unexpected trip to Ohio the next morning and they got me in with no trouble(Friday just before closing) and the employee was EXTREMELY kind and professional Although I have a routine auto mechanic that was unavailable I would use Geneseo Jiffy Lube any time and would highly recommend them

Always quick service with friendly staff. They usually have some sort of coupon you can use for some savings on oil changes. Every time I stop they get me right in and out. There is a nice little waiting area with free water, coffee and a restroom. Very convenient to stop while running errands or on the way home. Thank you to the staff for always taking good care of my car!
