Good quick oil change. Expensive but that's everything today

My experience was great at Jiffy Lube! I haven't been there in a year and they went ahead and updated the whole establishment and the staff was nothing short of professional and kind. They assisted me with an oil change and offered me several affordable packages to help me with my vehicle. I want to say thank you to Damaris, Alexis, Even, and Jelyse for the fantastic service. I will be back again soon!

Explained everything, took the time to show me the issue when I came to pick up the car. Super friendly staff, and I was so impressed to see 4 female staff working on the cars!

I always have a good experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was friendly, professional, and completed my oil change quickly. As usual they explained the service clearly without any pressure to buy extras. My vehicle was ready on time, and everything was handled efficiently. I would definitely return and recommend this Jiffy Lube at 50 Jericho Turnpike to anyone looking for fast and reliable service. I also have to say that the waiting area, bathroom and grounds are clean and tidy. Best place to get any of my vehicles checked when I'm in town.

I wanted to get an oil change today prior to the incoming heat wave expected this week and stopped by my local Floral Park, NY Jiffy Lube. There to greet me was Alexis and her full team. I was very impressed with Alexis and her co-workers. Their knowledge about cars, about the exact servicing that my car needed and about the type of oil recommended for my car was fantastic. They were all super nice, anxious to get customers in and out in Jiffy Lube’s targeted 15 minutes. The waiting room was pleasant and I had a very nice experience here. I will be back in about 3,000 miles from now. Thank you to Alexis and her complete service team.

The shop is super clean, and that means everywhere, inside and outside. The people are super nice and quick. Super satisfied.

I've been going to this location and always have had great service. Came in today for inspection was informed there would be an issue with my headlights and they honored my warranty even though I had incorrectly not followed the warranty process. The class with which they handled the situation is extremely appreciated by me so I'm leaving this review to say my thanks and I will continue to be a customer at this location.

Got a radiator flush. Made sure radiator was cleared out. Personel was cordial and informative, letting me know of potential concerns in the future. Place was clean ans service excellent. Would recommend this shop.

Cant complain. Oil change and Inspection was quick and friendly. Much better than the hassle of a full service shop. Happy to pay a few dollars more and keep my day.

He took the time to explain what my car needed, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was Apollo’s attention to detail and customer service. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which isn’t something you always get with car service visits. You can tell he takes pride in his work and actually cares about the customer experience. If you’re heading to Jiffy Lube, definitely ask for Apollo. Top-tier service all around. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

First time coming here for an oil change and very pleased with the service. Communicated things very well and were pretty fast. Not the 15 min they promised but also not a very long wait... Maybe 45min to 1 hr. A little disappointed that I couldn't get my tires rotated because they didn't have anyone available to do it but not the end on the world. I'll be coming back here!
