First time Jiffy Lube customer. Pleasantly surprised I received full service in one hour. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting my vehicle serviced. Preferable to arrive early. Mechanic Ethan was professional and efficient. This s now my go-to spot for service!

I needed a regular oil change and was incredibly happy I came to this branch of Jiffy Lube. The staff was amazing, most notably the manager Apollo! The pricing was nothing to complain about and the work was done quickly. I will definitely be back whenever something is needed for my car!

Always fast and friendly service. I recently discovered that a service I paid for 9 months ago didn’t seem like it was done. The general manager Apollo quickly found a solution that we agreed on. With utmost care he performed the service himself. Normally I would be very anxious to discuss a situation like this but Apollo heard my concern and was very very kind. I’ve been coming here for years. This was the first time I had a problem but Apollo made it all ok. Thank you for your efficient and courteous service!

In one hour I got my oil change and tires rotation

My brakes failed on the Long Island Expressway while I was visiting a friend. They were able to replace all four of my brakes same-day so I could make it home to Massachusetts. Communication was excellent, and the quality of work was top-notch. The entire team was so helpful and accomodating and put me at ease. Thank you!

My experience was great at Jiffy Lube! I haven't been there in a year and they went ahead and updated the whole establishment and the staff was nothing short of professional and kind. They assisted me with an oil change and offered me several affordable packages to help me with my vehicle. I want to say thank you to Damaris, Alexis, Even, and Jelyse for the fantastic service. I will be back again soon!

I always have a good experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was friendly, professional, and completed my oil change quickly. As usual they explained the service clearly without any pressure to buy extras. My vehicle was ready on time, and everything was handled efficiently. I would definitely return and recommend this Jiffy Lube at 50 Jericho Turnpike to anyone looking for fast and reliable service. I also have to say that the waiting area, bathroom and grounds are clean and tidy. Best place to get any of my vehicles checked when I'm in town.

I wanted to get an oil change today prior to the incoming heat wave expected this week and stopped by my local Floral Park, NY Jiffy Lube. There to greet me was Alexis and her full team. I was very impressed with Alexis and her co-workers. Their knowledge about cars, about the exact servicing that my car needed and about the type of oil recommended for my car was fantastic. They were all super nice, anxious to get customers in and out in Jiffy Lube’s targeted 15 minutes. The waiting room was pleasant and I had a very nice experience here. I will be back in about 3,000 miles from now. Thank you to Alexis and her complete service team.

The shop is super clean, and that means everywhere, inside and outside. The people are super nice and quick. Super satisfied.

I've been going to this location and always have had great service. Came in today for inspection was informed there would be an issue with my headlights and they honored my warranty even though I had incorrectly not followed the warranty process. The class with which they handled the situation is extremely appreciated by me so I'm leaving this review to say my thanks and I will continue to be a customer at this location.

Got a radiator flush. Made sure radiator was cleared out. Personel was cordial and informative, letting me know of potential concerns in the future. Place was clean ans service excellent. Would recommend this shop.

Cant complain. Oil change and Inspection was quick and friendly. Much better than the hassle of a full service shop. Happy to pay a few dollars more and keep my day.
