I had a great experience coming to Jiffy Lube in Farmingdale. There was 0 wait time when I came in and everyone was super kind and helpful. Lou especially, he was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain to me what my car needed in a way that felt very honest and easy to understand. I didn’t feel like they were trying to oversell me anything. I usually dread having to do stuff for my car but this was such a great experience. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be back!

The guys at Jiffy lube were very helpful when I came in for an oil change. The educated me on what I needed done and gave me options for preventative maintenance. They also informed me that my brake pads will need to be replaced soon.

Came into Jiffy Lube today because my car needed was way overdue for brakes. So much so that I was expecting a very expensive repair job. However, I was presently surprised not only on how reasonable the pricing is at Jiffy Lube but also the incredible service that is provided. Lou and Louis did a wonderful job not only being very transparent with what had to be done but also made sure all repairs were done perfectly. They also were extremely friendly and professional. Just because of how well a job they did, I would be more than happy to return to this location for any future repairs. 10/10

Luis customer service was kind, professional, and efficient. Went for an oil change and he provided suggestions needed in my car without being pushy about doing them. I appreciated it. Also, quick! 20 minutes in and out.

They didn’t just perform my oil change—they took the time to inspect my vehicle and let me know that my brakes needed attention. What really impressed me was that they were able to fix the brakes right away, saving me the hassle of scheduling another appointment or driving around with a potential safety issue. The technicians clearly explained what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Their honesty and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence that my car was in great hands. The entire team worked efficiently while still making sure everything was done correctly.
