I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location for my oil change, all thanks to Lou. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. I will definitely be returning to this location. If you live in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Lou!

Lou, Louis and Jay were all very helpful and helped me get what I needed done on my car in a timely manner. Lou took the time to show me what needed to be done and educated me about my own car. Definitely recommend them!

I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube, especially LOU!! (Thank you thank you) located on Route 110! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. They didn’t just perform my oil change—they took the time to inspect my vehicle and let me know that my brakes needed attention. What really impressed me was that they were able to fix the brakes right away, saving me the hassle of scheduling another appointment or driving around with a potential safety issue. The technicians clearly explained what needed to be done, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Their honesty and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence that my car was in great hands. The entire team worked efficiently while still making sure everything was done correctly. They went above and beyond by checking all the important components of my vehicle, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about their customers’ safety rather than just getting people in and out as quickly as possible. Went in for an oil change, super quick and painless. The manager Lou was a gentleman and let me know about a couple other problems my car was having free of charge. Plus dog friendly!

Lou is the best. He’s very honest and very knowledgeable in the car business. I come here every time I need an oil change and they go the extra mile by even topping off my windshield washer fluid for me! Definitely love how I don’t have to make an appointment. Super convenient and rather quick service!

I always bring my 2014 Mercedes E350 to get my oil changed at this location. The manager, Lou, and his staff are very professional, helpful, and give great, fast service. My oil changed takes around 15 minutes. I’m in and out so fast. When you go ask for Lou!

Just had a wonderful experience at the Farmingdale Jiffy Lube! I got there prior to opening so I could be in and out. They opened up right on time and I was greeted by Levi. He was great, friendly, and guided me right into the garage. Then I met Luis who was also great. Both men were professional, friendly, quick, and extremely efficient. They helped me decide which oil would make the most sense to do while also not making me feel any pressure to lean towards one. I have been going to jiffy lube for years and won't stop! They ran my plate as I was pulling in, so when I got into the garage Luis greeted me by name, which I loved. It gave that small, extra personal touch and to me that makes a difference. Again, both men where absolutely great. I'll be back in 5,000 miles!
