Never thought I’d write a review for a Jiffy Lube, but the service here is so good I had no choice. I’ve been here several times, and everyone working is communicative, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The manager goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and that you’re well taken care of. I drive past multiple other locations to come to this one because the customer service is unmatched.

I visited the East Meadow Jiffy Lube today and was pleasantly surprise at how fast my oil change was. I received excellent service. Dan was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

Patrick and staff were fantastic! I visited on Thursday September 7 and from the moment I arrived, Patrick and staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to explain the entire process to me, which made me feel confident in their expertise. The quality of the oil change was exceptional. My car is running smoother than ever, and I can already feel the difference in engine performance. They even checked my air filter and recommended a replacement, which was greatly appreciated. The service area was spotless and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere while I waited. It’s evident that they take pride in maintaining a clean environment. I’d like to commend the Jiffy Lube team for their efficiency and professionalism. They completed the service quickly without sacrificing quality.
