Fast and friendly

Came here today and saw Mike!!!! He had a group of guys check out my car and conducted his own check. He explained everything super simple and gave me the best possible options w the best possible prices. Super sweet and super understanding and completed everything fast & efficiently :))))

Excellent place to go to for vacuuming inside & cleaning the outside of your car. It was a quick service and they did a really good job getting the inside clean. You can also get services for oil changes, tire rotations, & things of that nature. I'll definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube Service to others and will be a returning customer.

Great service and friendly staff!! I called on a Saturday afternoon to see if I can get an inspection. Fit me in at 3:30 and my car had a new sticker on by 4!

I can’t speak on other locations but I’ve had my own and my sister’s vehicle serviced here 2x and both experiences were great. They have great customer service & are transparent. I wish I knew the name of the person I dealt with but he is pictured in another review wearing a hat. Give that man a raise!

The East Meadow, NY team was professional and met all my expectations and more. They even assisted me with installing a wiper blade I purchased. I will be back for certain.

Ricky and the crew were beyond kind, they we're the sweetest and most informative with what I needed. I was able to go in, finish within 30 mins and make it back to work before my lunch break was over. Insanely efficient! Beyond kind! I called 4 different jiffy's and this location was the kindest and most receptive!

Long time fan of Jiffy Lube and have used them on and off throughout the years. Not all are built the same but my experience at this location was top notch. I got out late and pulled in at 5:50pm. Knowing I was late I spoke with Jay and asked if his team was able to service my car. I was in need of a full synthetic oil change and a coolant flush. Without hesitation Jay and the guys assured me I was in the best of hands and really made me feel at ease and that I nore the service would be rushed. Listening to the team work as they handled my service was impressive. I had some oil in the reservoir which made the job a little tough but they handled it with ease and a great sense of confidence and professionalism. MIKEs experience came in handy and Ricky's determination to do the job right was tangible. Jay's oversight really made the whole experience feel like a well oiled machine. I absolutely recommend to come here for quick service that wont let you feel cheated. The attention to detail by the entire team was what made me want to leave this review. Thanks again guys and see you in 3-4,000 miles!

I have used Jiffy Lube on and off for over 30 years. Sometimes I've received good service, other times not. I revisited the Jiffy Lube in East Meadow on Hempstead Turnpike today. The gentlemen there were absolutely wonderful. They were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They showed me and explained in detail what was happening and took extra steps to ensure everything would be working perfectly. While the waiting room is a little run down, it might be getting a remodel from what I was seeing. There was a nice tv to watch and the room temperature was comfortable for waiting. This probably was the best experience I've had in all my years of visiting Jiffy Lube. Definitely recommend getting work done with this current staffing.
