Very polite staff. Extremely fast service. Maybe 15 minutes. Price was $127. Asked for reduction. They could not, but referred me to a coupon for $10 off. I think this is high, but fast service and no annoying up charges, so I left happy.

I love this particular location!!! Every time I come in the staff treat me like family! They are thorough and let me know about all and any potential issues. Samara is very efficient and has excellent customer service skills as she always informs me about potential vehicle issues and keeps me in the loop regarding my vehicles care. I give this location well over 5 stars!!!!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Commack, NY. The manager and the crew were very nice and all my questions were answered. They work hard even in this hot weather. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Thumbs up for the crew today at Commack.

The manager Samara was great, she immediately came out to greet me and helped me out of the vehicle since I was injured recently. Additionally, she got me in and out in 15 minutes. Great service, great manager. Chris the assistant manager was great also
