Always a pleasant experience at this Jiffy Lube. Lil change was done very fast. They treat you with respect and don’t try to sell you a cabin filter just cause. A++++ Recommend.

I went to Jiffy Lube today to have a bulb replaced in my front passenger headlight. It was quite busy, and there were lines for each of the service bays. However, one of the employees checked to see if the bulb was available, and it was, and he fixed it while I was still in line for service so that I would not have to wait. Much appreciated!

Well, East Greenbush Jiffy Lube at about 3 PM or so was a two hour wait for an oil change. So I looked up other locations, the first one I saw was Hudson New York. I don’t like Hudson. I’m not going there. The next two were Troy and Albany not going there either, so Clifton Park is a nice area. I pulled right up to the bay. There was three bays three cars in bays two cars outside bays I made a third outside the car in front of me took a little long, but not bad. Pulled in everyone was friendly. Got my 15 minute oil change spun around back and got a car wash and left. Thank you. The price at $133 that I paid reflected a Labor Day coupon of $30 off so would’ve been $163. That’s why I bothered to drive all the way to Clifton Park just to get in on the deal that’s close to an hour from my house. The East Greenbush Jiffy Lube is about a half an hour from my house.

They were very professional and fast. Especially the guy outside that checked me in when I was waiting. He was wonderful.

Got in and out in no time EVERYONE was nice

The oil change was performed in a timely manner at a good price. I was told my rear brakes were in desparate need of replacement. My rear brakes are drum brakes. The curious part about that assessment is, in order to inspect rear drum brakes, the tires must be removed. Since my truck was not on a lift, and not in a position to remove a tire, I am questioning the validity of the assessment. If the technician really meant the front brakes, those brakes are only half worn and not in need of replacement.

I think the service here was great! It was quick, efficient, and sufficient. The staff was ready to help, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I will definitely return.

The team accommodated me at the last minute to get my inspection done before going overdue! Can’t beat that type of customer service for a slacker like me!

The wait was about 2 hours from atart to finish, but this was no fault of the team. They worked efficiently and courteously. I went for a NYS inspection.

I got there, took me right Excellent service people were courteous and respectful and I was there no more than 10 minutes and I was on my way. I will always go back to Jiffy Lube.

On this occasion we stopped in for a simple NYS inspection. We were number three in line and they moved us in quickly and got the job done just as quickly. This is how it should always be done by everybody else!
