I had a great experience with this business. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was done right. A special shoutout to Mr. Ralston Holung, which was the gentleman that helped me. I was quickly taken care of by Ray and Ralston as soon as I pulled up. Ralston had asked me for my information as my customer information was not in the system. He asked if I have ever been to a Jiffy Lube before because he wanted to make sure that I understood all of the services that he made his team perform during their oil changes. This was really nice that he was so informative and wanted to make sure that I understood what I was being charged for and what was going to be taken place during his routine oil change. I explained that this was a new car and I have been to this location many times. He discussed the option that I had for my truck in reference to the oil. I really like the fact that he was very informative as to the types of oil that I could put in and the reasons why I should take either one. I had some issues that I face with my truck this week and it was very nice that he offered the time that his mechanic would be in the shop to offer assistance. I am not very knowledgeable about cars, trucks, and what goes on under the hood. The employees here really took their time to explain what was going on during the oil change, the check ups that they perform before and after the change, PLUS services that they could fix, if needed, and explained where I would have to go if I needed services that they didn't offer. Overall, jiffy lube in Baldwin did a wonderful and thorough job today and I very much appreciate them! they really took the time to answer all my questions, even though many of my questions didn’t just relate to the oil change, so please know that at a Jiffy Lube, they offer other services besides their well known “Oil Change”. But, before you check out, make sure to get your coupon off their website! Thanks gentleman!
