Excellent, timely and polite service!

Couldn’t have been an easier pitstop. I went on a Saturday morning before my son’s football game at Golden Eagle. William met me at my car and then walked me into the office. All I asked for was an oil change. Coupon was good. I also came in without any windshield wiper fluid, which they topped off. They also were kind enough to clean off my windshield which was an added perk. The staff was excellent. One thing I noticed is anytime I looked at an employee they smiled. I thought that was an amazing touch. If I’m back up north I will certainly go back to that Jiffy to see William and his crew.

This jiffy lube off of Los Altos is my go to location. Busy or not, they take good care of me and my car. They always have helpful suggestions and honest about services critical to my car’s function. Victor and Will are the guys I usually deal with and they’re very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m still meeting the rest of the team, but they all work like a well oiled machine.

Jen and her team are true professionals in every aspect of Jen wanted to be sure my car issues were thoroughly investigated before buying parts I might not need. Once the was determined they repaired the spark plug issue and changed my oil with nonissues. Thanks for always taking care of us Jen and team. They service all 3 of our vehicles and we have never had issues. Testament to Jen’s leadership and superb knowledge of cars. Tom and Michelle
