Efficient, polite service.

Staff very friendly and professional. Service was quick informing me every step of the way on how my car was coming along . Price very reasonable especially with coupon . I didn't get the managers name but she was excellent . That's why I always go here for my car needs .

Love coming to this location the girl that works the front is always so super nice, and the crew always does a great job on getting me in and out fast

Traveling through Reno when I started my car and the “low oil pressure” light came on. I was at least 1500 miles from home and had been driving through the cascade mountains and along the coast for a week. I had the oil changed before leaving Texas and had put some 4,000 miles on when the light came on. I decided to get an oil change to see if it would fix the issue and found your Jiffy Lube only a few blocks away. They were able to get us in quickly. I don’t remember the lady’s name but she was very helpful. They presented the options for the oil change, topped off our coolant and made sure we were safe to go. Great service at that location! First time I had ever used a Jiffy Lube
