wonderfully prompt and polite really like these folks.

Traveling through Reno when I started my car and the “low oil pressure” light came on. I was at least 1500 miles from home and had been driving through the cascade mountains and along the coast for a week. I had the oil changed before leaving Texas and had put some 4,000 miles on when the light came on. I decided to get an oil change to see if it would fix the issue and found your Jiffy Lube only a few blocks away. They were able to get us in quickly. I don’t remember the lady’s name but she was very helpful. They presented the options for the oil change, topped off our coolant and made sure we were safe to go. Great service at that location! First time I had ever used a Jiffy Lube

Very quick and efficient with staff that was very nice.

I had not had great experience in the past but it appears some changes have been made! They let me know about some undercarriage issues that I thought were recently handled at a repair shop which resulted in me obtaining a second opinion from another repair shop. No matter how this turns out I’m greatly appreciative of the observation by the jiffy Lube techs as well as them communicating that to me! Well done guys! Keep up the great work!

Very quick service, and very nice staff.

Great experience! Pulled up and was helped right away. They politely guided me into the office and explained everything that they were doing. I got an oil change and tire rotation that was all completed within 25mins. Very happy with the service here!

This Jiffy Lube service was amazing! We usually use Valvoline for our oil changes for the several vehicles that we own. We received a coupon in the mail for $30 off an oil change so we decided to give Jiffy Lube a try. We are so pleased with how our service turned out. We brought in our 2012 Mini Cooper S and during the oil change process they had to remove the coolant overflow bottle and in doing so, a plastic tee coolant hose adapter to the turbo broke. The employees notified us immediately as we sat in the waiting room and informed us that they were going to replace the part at no charge since it broke at their hands during service. The part wasn't immediately available on a Friday afternoon but was available to be delivered the following Monday. They replaced the part with a better made metal construction one. We were provided a ride home which was awesome by itself, and when we returned today to pickup the vehicle, the Store Manager took care of the entire bill for the inconvenience. This certainly was not expected due to a poorly made Mini Cooper (BMW) part from the factory. They also flushed the coolant system on top of everything. These guys are stellar and we will be bringing all of our vehicles to this location from now on!
