Came in for routine change ( a little past due) the crew was great as usual. They noticed some coolant residue and immediately informed me, I already knew about it but appreciated their attentiveness. I also found found a random pump loose and bouncing around a while ago and they helped me identify what it was. Cool guys, willing to help and then send me on my way.

I have been going in to that store for a few years now, and I am very happy, sometimes I have my car smogged and registered there or like this year I just had a smog, but I like it because it’s super fast, the price is not that bad either, and the guys are very nice there.

Jayden the week day manager is amazing! Every time my husband and I need an oil change we go on the weekdays to say Jayden! He truly makes us feel like family and get so happy to see him when we pull up! Wonderful customer service

They did resolve this issue with a refund when requested and acknowledged the mistake. I got a smog and the tech, who took nearly 30 minutes while looking everything up in a book (he also admitted he just got his license), misread a dash light causing it to fail inspection, even though we showed him the light when the car was turned on. We still got charged, even for the fail. I literally drove 2 buildings over to another place offering smog checks and less than 10 minutes later, we had our passed smog.

I come here every time I need a service, never have an issue or have to wait too long. Today was the exception and I came about 1130 on a Monday morning and they were busy busy busy, but my wait was only about an hour to have my oil changed.

every time I go to this Jiffy Lube, it is more than exceptional, especially both managers Jaden and Jillian they go above and beyond for my service even try to help me out. I normally go to the North Valleys location since its close to my house. Their smog tech was not there today so I came to this location since I had to get 2 vehicles smog done. The manager Jayden was awesome. He was in the bays helping his guys and not sitting in the a/c building in the summer heat.

I came in on a Saturday morning and they were professional and transparent with what I needed for my personal vehicle. Very quick service as well and they even accepted my online coupon great overall experience. ??
