Get location. I pulled in because of a noise coming from the rear of my truck, I suspected the brakes, thankfully Manny came out looked at the wheel and found 2 luggage nuts had sheared off and all the other were loose. If I would have gotten onto the freeway I would have lost the rear wheel. Manny tightened everything down making it safe to return in the morning. I offered him payment and he refused to take it. I returned and the mechanics fixed and checked all the wheels, I also had them change the oil, which they did quickly without all the usual up selling. Great location great people. If I lived here I would make it my regular service center. Thank you!! They offer many other services.

Funny there is a jiffy lube righ 1.4 miles from my house but yet I chose to go to the one on Patriot Blvd which is 7.2 miles away from mu house. This should say it all.

much better than last time I used their services (~5-10 years ago). the man behind the counter was professional, friendly and they had my car finished before I even realized it was being serviced. only have 4 stars because I think they failed to balance my tire pressure, but In all honestly, they deserve a 5 star. I'll probably be changing to 5 after after checking my tire pressure personally (as opposed to what my dash is indicating). The Reno South Virginia shop near Offenhauser, has definitely improved my impression of the franchise. [Editted do to spelling/ punctuation errors]
