I really love going to this Jiffy Lube. This team greets you with respect and gemuine courtesy. I love how he points out important of tire rotation and why its imprtant and he also shows you so no pulling your leg or hiden car agendas. Their customer service is awesome. Nathan and his team are very perficient in auto service. They performed with great service, comunocation and most of all being a awesome team. We live 3 hours from the closest Walmart, so scheduling an appointment is not convenient. With 5 vehicles we take in regularly I’ve only been turned away because my F-250 was to large… My bad! Management has most generally always been talkative, engaging, reading the client, seemed to be anticipating his YES answers to my request.

The employee i didn't get his name was very friendly! I went there one time before and had 2 awesome employees do my oil change and they went above and beyond (1 was a manager forgot his name) he told me what work needed to be done ect. The employee 2 days ago only changed my oil and asked if I wanted to change my filter that was it. What have been nice if he told me if anything was wrong? Or anything needed to be fixed? Because I probably would have went back and had a fix there. If there was a problem

Very good service and pretty fast for all the things I had done. I had gone in for an oil change and wound up with several additional services. Nathaniel is the GM and seemed honest so I agreed to the add-ons. He also made me a solid cup of coffee. ??????
