Very courteous staff, quick and easy

I had such a great experience at his Jiffy Lube. Everyone who works here is so sweet, welcoming and genuinely accommodating. They don’t try to scam, upsell or pressure you at all, they’re honest, straightforward and make sure to show me everything they’re doing. They seriously go above and beyond! I appreciate them so much and will definitely keep coming back.

I go to Jiffy Lube for all of my oil changes. They are very polite. They are very knowledgeable and they’re right on top of things and they were very nice people and enjoy dealing with them and they answer all your questions and I would refer them to anybody.

Keystone unit in Reno. So fast. So easy. Doesn’t get any better.

The guy there was rude as hell. The keystone location. Didn’t even get my oil change. I just left, that’s how rude he was. Usually great service go there all the time. Maybe he was having a bad day. Still not right. Thank you!

First time I’ve been there in years. I came in because my oil light came on got an oil change rotated. My tires filled my fluids up and the air on my tires checked. And it was all done extremely quick and I was very impressed and very happy. The man that checked me in even walked me to the waiting room and open the door for me. What a gentleman.

Oil was low, went for a top up. In and out In less than 3 min. Fast, courteous and totally professional. You guys make it look too easy.

Brandon- you are the man! Not a single up sell, not a single time did he make me feel like he wasn't listening and not once did he make me feel like my truck needed more than it did. He was so helpful with communication, education and providing me peace of mind. I ended up purchasing more services and preventative maintenance/parts than I originally intended! Sales 101. He listens to my problems, informs me of any that I am unaware of and offers options of solutions and didn't make me feel any other way other than him truly caring. He should be running the show. His team looks up to him too and he's a young dude!

Fast Service, oil change and tire rotation.

Kirk was knowledgeable, clearly explained what my car needed and, most importantly, he was genuinely kind.

I took my Buick in for an oil change. They'll offer some upsales (extra options for more coin) but I just did the oil change. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The price was reasonable for Reno, and a twenty minute service time ment I could get on with my day.
