Great staff!

Fast Service, oil change and tire rotation.

Kirk was knowledgeable, clearly explained what my car needed and, most importantly, he was genuinely kind.

I took my Buick in for an oil change. They'll offer some upsales (extra options for more coin) but I just did the oil change. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The price was reasonable for Reno, and a twenty minute service time ment I could get on with my day.

Wonderful hospitality from the gentleman who greeted me and helped me pay .

Staff was very polite, and explained what might need attention. However, the receipt said the washer fluid was filled but less than two weeks later I got a low wash light when using it for the first time. Hopefully, all other items were done as stated. Never had an issue in all the years I've used Jiffy Lube.

Drove in 30 minutes before closing and staff was very friendly and helpful.
