Great service from josh and David. Just needed my car check for emergency road trip. No waiting and great communication.

The service by Josh and David was excellent. Welcomed and completed quickly. They made me feel like a long time customer! Would definitely recommend!.

I used to always go to Valvoline (it was like a street or 2 down Craig going East from the Jiffy Lube on Craig and Decatur), but I had a previous issue with them. So, I thought I would go to Jiffy Lube instead for an oil change this time around. They were quick. However, I didn’t know I was supposed to get conventional oil and not synthetic oil. I completely forgot that I always opt in for conventional, but I didn’t remember that at the time when I was only presented the synthetic option from what was presented to me. However, when we spoke with Josh, the general manger, the next day over the phone they were able to take out the synthetic oil and put in the conventional oil and provide us a discount. I’m glad that they were very understanding about it. I’d go back here since they were quick and able to assist me without any escalations/issues. Definitely will remember to get conventional oil for my next oil change!

Josh & David are so wonderful and kind! On my way to work and messed my tire up. Not only did they fix the problem that I caused but actually educated me on what to do moving forward. Josh and Weezy at 4716 West Craig Street, North Las Vegas are freaking AMAZING!! We have bring our Volvo for periodical changes. They let us know if a leak which was the seal that was broken. They fixed it with no charge. We noticed a leak a month later. We came back and again that seal was broken which is common for a Volvo. We brought it in and they replaced the seal and checked all fluids for no charge again. We all good now! Thank you so much.
