I asked for help with checking my tire pressure. The gentleman I asked wasn’t able to assist because he was already helping someone else, but Josh came out right away. I told him which tire I was concerned about, and he was kind enough to check all of them for me. He was great, helpful, and knowledgeable.

So my check engine light came on suddenly so I headed to the nearest Jiffy Lube kinda panicked because I was about to hit the highway. Josh met me at the bay and took it from there! He was super kind and calmed me a bit... heart rate is lowering knowing he's going to get me on the road safely.

Josh and charles helped us today with oil change, no wait, smooth service. 10/10 recommend!

Josh took good care of me and my car and I’m really grateful for his help. There was no wait and it’s nice to not have to get out of the car when here. I tried to go to meineke once but I had to schedule an appointment and I might have had to wait even though I had an appointment .. that’s too much work and it’s nice to just be able to drive in! The whole team worked on my car, topping off fluids and even washing my windshield!
