I had such a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Minden today! I stopped in right at the end of the day, close to closing, because my Chevy Malibu suddenly started shifting really hard into second and third gear. It had been driving perfectly just an hour before, so I was pretty worried. Nolan helped me out, and he was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what might be going on. He walked me through what to watch for if adding fluid didn’t solve the issue and gave me clear next steps so I wouldn’t feel stuck or confused. He checked everything thoroughly, topped off my fluids, filled my tires, and made sure I was good to go. Thankfully, it turned out my fluid was low, and now my car is driving much better. I really appreciated how kind and helpful Nolan was, especially so close to closing time. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers. Thank you, Nolan! I will definitely be coming back.

I dropped off my truck and it was done by the time I got back. They were able to pull the codes and let me know what they were for and cleared them at my request. They let me know that they might reappear if I don't get the problem fixed. Which I told them that that was fine.

Fast and friendly. Guy did a good job of making sure to show me the parts he put in like oil filter etc. Which is nice because I've read some stories about Jiffy taking shortcuts. Nice touch for piece of mind.
