Bella ans Anthony were efficient

I knew from the moment I drove up I was in great hands! Immediately the crew was attentive, polite, and thorough in explaining what Multi-Care service my vehicle would be receiving that day. Genesis, Cam'Ron, and the rest of the crew kept me posted while I waited in the very clean lobby area, and very transparent with pricing, giving me an estimate upfront before starting maintenance. Impressed is an understatement and I will definitely be back for any of my future vehicle needs! Thanks guys!

Made my entire week!!! Dealership screwed me over and when i came to them for a las ditch effort, bella came through and really helped me out! Jojo david and Bella were at it from the get go and they said they were starting in 15 but got it done in 15! Seriously help from these guys and my trip would of been ruined without them. Highly recommend and ill be back for the next oil change!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Bella, Jojo, Gen and Cam. They serviced my truck and took really good care of me from start to finish. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. They explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s hard to find places with this kind of customer service nowadays, and they definitely went above and beyond. I really appreciate the great attitude, honesty, and efficiency from the whole team. Very satisfied with their customer service and oil change service! They even offered to put on my windshield wipers for free. It is very convenient to go here during my lunch break and get a super fast and high quality oil change. Will definitely come back. Genesis was absolutely fantastic. I came in after my car went into limp mode with little to no power when driving. She diagnosed the issue and instead of charging me more, she took the diagnose charge off of my bill and gave me suggestions for future services to ensure my car was ok. I felt that my car was taken care of while not being charged excess fees. I will definitely bring my car back to Genesis here.

These cats are awesome. I had a problem with identity theft and my bank card was getting rejected. Had $227 bill. Had $200 cash and dude let me short it and even offered to let me keep $20, but I refused, he already did me a huge favor. Will come here again, peeps don't even know me and treated me like an old friend.
