Fast and easy, great service.

Came here asking what it would cost to change the filters for my ac because I don’t know how and needed air in my tires plus a patch because I had a nail in my tire. Not only was it a decent price but Vanesa was very attentive and gave me excellent customer service.

Fast, efficient, and thorough. Came in for an oil change and ended up receiving more care than planned(in a good way). 10/10 definitely recommend this location.

I had great service from their mechanic Phil I had a issue with my vehicle overheating and I was so stressed and frustrated not with them but my car him and Vanessa were great with describing what that can do for me in regards to repairs . Although it was a little more then I expected my vehicle is back on the road and running good it really makes a difference when you take your car to a shop and they can show you the issue as well as explain how something like that could have happened showed me the old part that has to be replaced as well he even filled up my low tires I really appreciate the help and I’ll definitely be back

Took my car here to do a quick oil change before going into work. Super quick, staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and Jay and Phil tolerated all my extra questions.

Really nice experience. Went in on a Saturday around noon and there was no line at all. The lobby was comfortable and they had an interesting travel program on TV instead of ads. The bathroom was spotless and actually smelled nice. We would definitely come back.

I appreciated seeing two women working in the shop and hope their roles extend beyond clerical duties to include technical work as well. The African American Assistant Manager (I am sorry, but I did remember his name but great personality) was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my visit. I also noted that the restroom was clean, which reflects positively on the overall customer experience. For pricing, the dealership quoted approximately $1,000. Big O Tires was comparable to the dealership, while Minus Muffler quoted $640. Perfect Auto’s estimate aligned more closely with Jiffy Lube’s pricing $540. I ultimately chose Jiffy Lube because of their stronger reputation. However, I remain unclear about why front brakes, rotors, and a brake flush vary so significantly in cost across providers when the quality of parts appears similar. I do know that Minus Muffler offers a lifetime warranty on brake pads, whereas Jiffy Lube does not.
