Professional, fast, and transparent.

Awesome people and job

Very nice staff! Excellent fast service

I just randomly came in and was pleasantly surprised to find there was no waiting. I told the young man that I need a 5 tire rotation and an oil change. These people are not mechanics and they don't get paid a lot of money but the man politely asked "What do you mean by a 5 tire rotation?" I explained that I have 5 full sized tires so I needed all of them rotated including the spare. I certainly don't mind but I am surprised that I am the first person in his experience that needed a 5 tire rotation and a place that rotates tires should know that. The visit was good, professional and quick. Unfortunately, the next day, my tire pressure warning went off and I did discover that although they rotated my tires, they neglected to check my air pressures. -1 point for that Jiffy lube.

Having my car serviced at the Jeffy Lube on W. Charleston Blvd and S. Fort Apache was the best experience I ever had, just getting an oil change. Lol There were three young men checking over my car together. I had never been attended to in such a way. They were very professional and knowledgeable in explaining everything. I am blessed to have a that Jeffy Lube in my area. A big Thanks to Jay, and all the guys.

Ivan was great! His customer service skills were impeccable and he made me feel very comfortable. Most times when I go and get my truck serviced they try to sell me on services. Ivan checked my cabin filter and didn't try to make me get a new one but he did let me know that I should think about getting it changed on my next service. I really appreciated that. ????????
