Loved that more than oil change is done There’s knowledge as I wasn’t aware transmission was low and this location washed my windows and checked my tire pressure. Amazing and everyone was helpful

I highly recommend this place, I got a good price for the amount of work done in my car. The people were very friendly especially Herbert C. Overall, would gladly come again!

Went in for an oil change and it is truly 15 minutes. No issues, these guys really get the job done. They were extremely respectful and didn’t waste any time. I was in and out, and I loved that about the service.

I went to get my oil change at east Charleston jiffy lube and they stripped my bolt to the oil pan. Then they refused my serviced…so I drove to the one on N.eastern jiffy lube and Herbert was able to change my oil and my bolt that was stripped at the other place . I give them a 5 star

Kelly was fast & efficient. My oil change took less than 10 minutes which is amazing because that was the fastest oil change out of many other places I been to.

Honestly, the whole crew that was working on my two trucks Did a phenomenal job great customer service the guys that are working at this location truly deserve a raise or at least a bonus or something. That’s probably the best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to and I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for over 15 years.. Again, shout out to my boy Jose great dude!!

It's nice to know that even in today's world it's still good honest businessman that treat women fairly!! This was my first time going to get my vehicle serviced and all the guys were so nice and helpful and they even help me to set up a feature in my car to tell me when I'm due for another oil change.
