Very happy with the rapid service; great staff.

All three service techs were friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back in 3,000(ish ??) miles and I would recommend this location if you're in need of an oil change.

They were professional and courteous. I will be a repeat customer.

Actually, it’s Margaret Nolan. I’m the one that takes My truck to have the oil changed. The crew is extremely professional and very courteous and wait time is less than five minutes.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube in Carson. They always have the best customer service.

I always have a great service experience at the highway 50 location in Carson City. They are very quick to help, and very friendly and accommodating. The staff is very personable and makes you feel very welcome. Service was great and price is great!

I have been to several Jiffy Lube locations and this one by far has the best customer service hands-down. Not only is their service exceptional that, they had my oil changed, tires rotated in 30 minutes! They go over everything with you at the end. Thank you guys. If I could give 10 stars I would! Kadie

Really appreciate this shop. Their demeanor has been consistently professional, I never feel as though I'm being upsold on products or services, and I haven't ever had to wait very long to get my car back. I truly appreciate this shop in their professionalism, efficiency, and consistency. I arrived at 8:45 am and was in and out and back home in less than a 1/2 hour after they opened at 9am Sunday. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Everyone was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and took care of all my cars needs.
