Great Service....Dave was so helpful and thorough when it came to my safety. During my service there was a problem with a plug that was defective on my rear differential service. Our original plan was for me to come back on Monday when a certified tech would be available to rethread the plug, but the leak was so severe that he called another store in town (E. Williams Street) where Jerimiah was able to make the repair the same day. Kudos to The Topsy and E. Williams Stores in Carson City, NV for making sure everything was tip top and safe for me. Highly Recommend. .

Quick, easy, friendly, painless, went over to Del Taco for lunch. They were done just as we finished out lunch. Perfect timing.

The guys were great ??. Not only did they check everything out and change the oil and filters, but they also helped me out with some skid plate thingy that was dragging under the car. Fantastic crew, thanks guys.

First time using jiffy lube. Needed coolant flush/ refill.. price 195 but bought gift cards at costco, so 150. Service was good, in and out as quickly as possible. Everything explained as to service. No issues what so ever,

The customer service provided by “Jax” was out of this world!! Far beyond what to expect normally. And the honesty and professionalism of Virgil was very much appreciated. I hadn’t even had a cup of coffee yet, so I was originally in a grumpy mood. But the staff had me laughing from start to finish! Any extra services needed were communicated in a very zero pressure, customer safety focused. I’ll be back!!

The mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful. The AC worked much better after he worked on it. The staff was very helpful and had positive attitudes.

Couldn't have gone better. Friendly manager, guys got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. And open till 7pm. Forget about it!
