The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They offered solutions without pushing unnecessary services or products. Our service coordinator was a very nice young man.

This place is really amazing. I had an ER and they helped me right away the team works very well together and its great to see that. My undercarriage fell off they fixed it up ASAP and got me on my way. Thank you so much!

The staff was on it. They were very busy but gave me the time I needed for any questions. I was impressed the staff announces the steps they take. Example checking lights, adding washer fluid, adding oil etc. They follow specific steps and it makes you feel staff takes their job seriously. All staff was friendly and courteous. I'm from Denver and I have never had service like this before.

Great customer service today. Elijah upsold me for a new set of rear brakes but I knew I needed them. He also assisted with discount coupons. Very friendly staff.

I loved this Santa Fe location! I didn't feel like they were pressuring me for extra sales. I actually got an additional service that they suggested though. They were friendly and inviting. Explained things well. I live in Albuquerque but work in Santa Fe. I will be back to this Santa Fe location. Best experience I've had at a Jiffy Lube ever.

Good to be back! We went with the dealership for maintenance on our new vehicle but they require an appointment and with our busy schedule, we can't always do that. friendly, professional & was in / out in a jiffy!

We just had both of our cars serviced and found the staff to be so professional, caring and honest. We knew on car needed a full brake job but had them check the struts and shocks that the dealership just told us needed to be replaced ($2800+). They inspected them at no charge and reported back no repair needed. I am not saying every Jiffy Lube is this good but these guys are a real stand out. For those looking to save money, grab a coupon off the internet or they will text you one Steve and Destiny

A day of negative events. It was late, and I drove in to Jiffy Lube. I was not feeling too positive, but it did not take long, and the friendly service guy approached my car, and soon after it was a go for it and get the job done. My little old car, was so thank-ful as was I. Sad, I cannot remember the names of the two gentlemen, but they worked together nicely and supported each other, I was in and out of there in a flash, happy as a lark, My window was covered with elm sap and I tried to clean it, only to make it worse. The young man, cleaned it. It will be the location for auto oil change. I will have to find their name and note it. As they deserve and goldstar.
