I had a great experience. Upon request, Jiffy Lube sent mechanics to my home to install a new battery, so my Jeep would start. The manager and mechanics were very courteous and helped me when I needed help

I arrived to Jiffy Lube about 45 minutes before they closed, and they were packed. I was nervous that I would be turned away. The staff pulled my truck in right as they were supposed to close. They stayed late just to take care of me. I really appreciated it. Also, the whole staff was very nice and respectful.

Very professional Jaden was fast and very kind and was very thorough he explained everything so i could understand .I will come back to jiffy lube because of jaden I guess he’s the manager .Very kind and pleasant man

I’ve been coming to this JL for a long time. Not once have I received poor service or been upsold on anything I didn’t need. I trust Ray and his team. Smooth, fast, and will update when they run into a snag. P to the proverbial S Of course the guys and gals try to get you to buy extra. They have a responsibility to ask. So just be nice. They are trying their best to get your vehicle ready. Sit in the cool lobby. Get a bag of popcorn. Have a soda or coffee. Relax. ??

Chill staff that are very informative without trying to sell you on stuff you don't need.

This is my favorite place to get a simple oil change. It's always clean. They are efficient and get the job done accurately and quickly.

The shop over here is always really good the one on Southern is always really busy and everybody acts like they don't want you there. This company is awesome and I like to keep going through you guys but I will go through this Branch instead of any other. The reason for is all those young men are awesome and they go way out of their way to make sure that you are respected and taken care of

I like this shop. The gentlemen who work there are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They do a good job. Sadly prices have gone up quite a bit, but if all oil change places, this one is, in my opinion,the best.

Employees are very easy to work with. No pressure to get extra services, and the gentleman I worked with had found me a better deal upon returning to pick up my vehicle so I ended up paying less than expected.

Good explanation of what is needed. Friendly employees. There was a young lady having her car serviced. They did not try to oversell her on what she might need. Just an explanation. Good customer service.

Every service provider at this location greeted me, spoke clearly, listened to my needs and explained the service done and the charges for the service.

I recommend this Jiffy Lube. The service is always top notch and they treat you like a valued customer and never pressure you into getting anything your vehicle does not truely need. Never had a bad experience at this location.
