Adrian and his team had us in and out within 15 minutes! They checked with me before swapping out air filters. The waiting area was awesome! AC was kicking and they had soft drinks and freshly popped popcorn while we waited. Will definitely be back for next scheduled oil change.

Oil and filter

Very fast service, they took the initiative to replace the cabin air filter that I had sitting in my passenger seat (I couldn't figure it out myself) and tightened up my battery bolts that were a little loose. Friendly and attentive service reps, would recommend.

Douglas and the Jiffy Lube crew in Las Cruces were so helpful and friendly. They reassured me that they were going to make this right. It was shoddy work from oil change in San Antonio. But we got back on the road and we were able to complete our trip to visit family in Peoria, Arizona. Thanks to the Jiffy Lube Crew in Las Cruces, New Mexico!!!

These guys are the best! In between oil changes, they give me assessments of what is going on with my vehicle, and do basic checks: antifreeze, tire ?? pressure, etc. I highly-recommend them.

The stuff was very professional knowledgeable on explaining what my vehicle needed. Always a pleasure. Going back to have my car serviced.

Luckily there was no line, no wait.... I was in and out in about 20 minutes...and a discount waited at the register for me The store was clean, restroom clean and fresh popcorn was calling my name I will definitely use this location again.

Good advice on cost and friendly service. One car needed cabin filter and oil change and they told me I could wait for oil change on other car but checked everything!!

This place is great. The employees are very professional and knowledgeable. Once an employee was kind enough to apply discounts eventhough I didn't have a copy. I will definitely continue using this facility.

Sripped by as it was near where I just picked up a truck figured i would get the oil changed in my truck before I had a 4 hour drive home these guys went above and beyond to make sure I was going to make it home safely defiantly recommend this location and their professional and friendly staff
