Edit: Also I’d like to add that the automated system when you call ahead is super great. I was able to get a specific price check on my vehicle with it & I was shocked. Not many services do that. Came in late, but cashier was kind enough to stick to word when we were informed "to be there before 550 and they can get us in." Was very fast, faster than usual.

The Jiffy Lube techs were very professional, they had me in and out in less than 30 mins it seems

It took too long. I don't know if they were short staff, but it did take too long. Over+hour.
