This shop is bad ass, the women working there were so efficient, friendly as well as knowledgeable. You gotta see how awesome this 20th store branch was, our tech Nicole Moberly made the visit feel personable without feeling overwhelmed. Thanks girls! Ill definitely be back!

Friendly service great people

Breanna did an amazing g job replacing the brakes on my daughter’s car. She took the time to explain the process and was very considerate of our concerns. It is very cool to see a mostly women ran Jiffy Lube. Great service from all of the staff.

Destanie was sooo helpful! This is my second time coming back and she was amazing the first time I came and was so glad I go her again! She helped me not just get a oil change but also help me get new filter and windshield wipers. I didn't realized I needed all that stuff done till she told me! Will be back 100%! I had a problem with my air filter case that was solved free of charge!

Who knew that Jiffy Lube does brakes? After noticing that I had a grinding noise coming from the back of my camper van when I applied my brakes, I started calling around to find someone to look into it. Six or eight different phone numbers didn’t answer or told me that it would be a week before they could fit me in. Then I noticed that the local Jiffy Lube does brakes. Short version is they found out that I was down to metal and needed new brakes. They changed my oil and did all of the things they usually do in just a few minutes then spent the rest of the day fixing my brakes. I am so happy to be back on the road having lost only a day

everyone was SUPER nice and explained everything perfectly what was wrong and the best solution to fix it. they also tried recommending the easiest/cheapest options !!

Best location in town and you'll get your vehicle serviced much quicker than the one by the mall. Staff are professional and helpful and had me in and out in a timely manner.

The people here in Farmington n.m. were nice and explained everything for us.

They only had one bay open. But, still got me in and out within 30 minutes. The team did a great job on the oil change and tire rotation. They pointed out some minor issues with my Jeep and had me on my way along some discounts. I will definitely come back to this Jiffy Lube! Chris, the Assistant Manager was fantastic and very helpful.

Christopher helped me with my Ford Escape! 10/10 went above and beyond and would recommend.

Friendly staff. Everything was explained in detail so that I could understand it. No surprises on the bill.

They were a bit packed when I got there and decided to leave, I was on a time crunch but the young lady that was at the counter came out to try to help me out, I would’ve stayed but had to go, thank you for your help though, not a lot of people that care about customers these days. Thanks!
