This location has always treated me well and always does an excellent job, not to mention staff is always super nice and polite and does the job right!

My portable compressor stopped working and I was left with almost no air in tires, but on a cane and needed help to be safe. Arial and another young man checked and filled all tires quickly to get me on the road again. As always, a good experience at Jiffy Lube on Eubank

We went in for a check engine light. After discovering that the brakes were so bad they could have caused an accident. Malcom helped save us money over the original quote and test drove the vehicle for safety. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service or result. This is a great team and Mark is an excellent service manager. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were short staffed (apparently 2 people called out) but they still worked hard to get my oil changed and I felt that they were honest about everything that they told me.

Very friendly staff, the manager was helpful and professional and you can tell he cares about being fair to his customers. I usually go to the same Jiffy but I will be switching to this location after today!

These guys are also nice and helpful. I don’t know much about cars, but they always seem to take care of my vehicle and I only come to Jiffy Lube for all of my oil changes in services. This location is excellent.

The manager Mark is a really cool guy and I believe it was Eli who serviced the vehicle quickly. Great location to go to for your vehicle.

Came in for a tune up and oil change. The team was super professional, kind, and transparent with status, time, and price. Waiting room is comfortable with popcorn, WiFi, and drinks. Also it’s fun to watch them work on your car from either the window or the cameras. Will definitely come back!

I move around a lot for work and have a fleet vehicle. It’s always nice to find a location like this that treats you well and gets you out the door quick. I’ll continue coming back here as long as I live here.

Staff was approachable. Didn’t try to sell me anything extra, wasn’t pushy. Worked with me on time. Showed me issues and explained.

I walked in stressed about car problems, I left with peace of mind and complete satisfaction. I had the dream team take care of my car today. Santi and Mark greeted me with a smile and wave, quickly walked me through options and explained any recommendation they had, while Malcom and Zeek diligently got to work on my vehicle. In a matter of 30 minutes (no appointment needed) I was in and out! Totally unexpected AMAZING service for someone who generally dreads car maintenance.

Mark was a great customer manager. Got our brakes done there and since we have a newer vehicle electric brakes. It was a issues to reset them. But he went beyond his way to get the issue fixed and address the issue . Great management and make sure the situation gets fixed. Thanks again Mark for take care of us and going out your way to make sure we were pleased and our vehicle was safe and ready to go.!! We need more caring people like this in the world. I went to this Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and front brakes serviced. The oil change went without a hitch, but they didn’t have time to do brakes the first day. They told me that they would order the parts and I should come back the next day. I did, but they had forgotten to order the parts so I had to come back a third time. I learned that I could get a free tire rotation with the brakes service, but I had already paid for it with the oil change. I wish they had mentioned that earlier. I could have saved some money. This sounds bad, but actually the experience was pleasant. The technicians were respectful, honest, and didn’t try to upsale me on bogus stuff. The quality of work was good. The price was good too. The lobby was clean, there was free popcorn and drinks, and the bathroom was surprisingly fancy.
