Oil filter was not seated correctly. A mile down the road several warning lights illuminated on dash. Returned to location. The young men were quick to address, diagnose and correct the problem. They were apologetic and professional.

I went to Jiffy Lube last week for an oil change and had a great experience. Ryan, the manager, and Dustin, the technician, were both very knowledgeable and professional. They showed me that my vehicle needed a new oil filter and explained everything clearly. They also checked all the fluid levels and asked if I wanted anything topped off. The service was very quick and efficient, and I really appreciated how thorough they were. I’ll definitely continue doing business with them in the future. Great customer service all around!

they did the work I got no complaints, Walmart does the same work for a lot less as far as the oil change is concerned. I could have saved 30 bucks.

I’ve always had the best experiences here. Whether I’m dealing with Ashley, Chris, Dustin, Ryan or anybody else they treat me so well they are extremely fair on their pricing and they get things done quickly. Ryan is an absolute expert and he’s a person you want to trust with your vehicle rather than one of those friends you have that knows how to work on cars. I always recommend to look online for coupons as the last few times I’ve gone in. I’ve saved over $150 just from coupons. Extremely happy with my experience here.

My gas cap broke this morning I was on empty, no one at auto zone would help me gas light on so I stopped next door this man didn't question or make a face! He took it off and helped with no problem!!! Thank you so much its hard to find a place that has good people working for them

These young men were so professional and courteous in addition to being knowledgeable about their work. They treated the customers and their coworkers with genuine respect- it was refreshing to see. Their workflow was very smooth making for a low stress process even though they had many folks to help out. At the end, there were no surprises or unexpected charges. This has been my experience at pretty much all the jiff lubes I’ve been lubed at.

They were excellent in taking care of a tire plug while having a full house of customers. I really appreciate it. I understand they don't sell tires, but 40+ to plug a tire seemed extreme. Respectfully, JG

everyone, from the employee greeting me to the one ringing me up at the end, was so nice! i don’t know anything about cars so it’s stressful needing anything done, even a simple oil change, but no one was trying to get me to spend any more money than i needed to. everyone was great! so helpful and kind.
