Excellent customer service from the phone call and Mr. Jose answered all my questions & above & beyond explanation to directions and windshield repair. His "Team" greated me with a smile and the young lady who took my information to start computer process was very kind. Supersonic friendly service (we had an emissions test), plus coffee, fountain drinks, TV, magazines (including non-car related titles like "Birds and Blooms" and "Good Housekeeping"), copies of the Albuquerque Journal and POPCORN!!! Pretty sweet for a Jiffy Lube waiting area!
