Had an issue with our battery/alternator. They were able to get us in, diagnose the issue, and fix it within a matter of hours. Very accommodating staff.

Emissions test and also asked them to charge my ac. It had just started blowing hot air. I used to own an auto repair shop so I knew what needed to be done. They were phenomenal!!! Not one suggestion of any add ons, every single person there made eye contact and was eager to say hello and offer a smile. All my questions were answered respectfully and with knowledge. Darn it, wasn’t the Freon. They didn’t charge for the service, just the 19 oz of Freon and pretty reasonably priced! Great experience, and I didn’t walk in thinking that would be the case. I was ready for some professional salesmanship. Didn’t need it. Highly recommend!

I took my car to Jiffy Lube for an emissions test. They greeted me as soon as I drove up, there was no line or delay. The technician, was professional, courteous and efficient. I waited in their waiting room for a short time and the test was successfully completed.

They did a great job replacing my brakes! This Jiffy Lube is great. The lady (never got her name) was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing. Will definitely be going back!

Overall, excellent service with my vehicle emissions service. This is really not a complaint, but when I initially stopped in and had my vehicle information entered and was waiting in the lobby, one of the technicians let me know that the on duty technician that performed emissions test was on a lunch break and would be back in 40 minutes. I had some other errands to run so I did that, returned about an hour later and the emissions service was rapid. There seems to be a new crew at this location and they are on the ball and professional. Maybe the most professional Jiffy Lube I’ve been to. Good job people.

Took my car to the Jiffy Lube in another city, state and asked them to give my car a complete checkup in preparation for a long-distance move requiring many hours of driving over a week-long period. Somehow they failed to catch a tear in my air intake duct (I think it was that, I'm not a mechanic) which was causing extra air to be pulled in when accelerating and threatening to stall my car. Considering I had just driven 14+ hrs over three days on interstate highways, I consider myself and my cat lucky to be alive. These guys identified and replaced the part for me, waived the labor fee, and even checked my battery life when I asked. I feel much more confident finishing out my road trip now. Highly recommend, great service.

Your front desk gentleman did a great job sharing with me what his recommendations were without pressuring me or making me feel obligated. He was nice and personable and very professional. His name was Elijah. The service is great, but the prices are unreasonably High. I won't be back.
