I had a great time

I have been a Jiffy, lube, customer for many, many years. In many different cities, however, the Jiffy Lube#3163, that is located at 3601 NM 528 NW is superior. I received excellent communication all the way throughout the process. I was treated with respect and care for my 15-year-old vehicle! I would like to give a shout out for automotive technician Noe!! I have never encountered such attention to detail, and such a personable automotive technician, he needs to be recognized, and I hope this does the trick! Thanks Noe.

I was greeted at the door by a technician who took my order and he immediately communicated what service was needed. I was out in about 20 minutes and escorted to my car after making the payment.

Great service, quick, thorough, and Zachery was very courteous. Answered all my questions and was honest, someone I feel I can trust.

At my request, the windshield washer fluid connection was checked and repaired, which I appreciated.

I'm impressed with the service I received. I'm not happy with the $10.00 bay fee, that is a bad business move. And the fact I couldn't get a paper receipt.

Been using them for all of our vehicles for over fifteen years.Little slower then most times but still was good service

Almost there I went for an oil change and general check of our CX-5 and they were very efficient with their service. At check out they claimed that they had reset the oil service interval indicator and when I checked it after I got home they had NOT reset the automatic oil service indicator. You got to do what you say you did folks!

My engine light came on and I found the closest Jiffy Lube to where I was. They got me in right away and Zachary was amazing—great communication and filled me in with every step. Highly Recommend

Went for an oil change but ended up getting my tires rotated and new wiper blades. Decent prices and the guys working there are always helpful and professional.
