Overall great experience manager was very helpful Hispanic gentleman mid-50s maybe 60 great communication skills I had to replace my whole brake system he gave me the most economic estimate we replaced only the parts that needed replacing the good part about it was he told me we could do a little bit out of time and it would be a lifetime warranty overall my experience would be a 10

They took care of me right away, were as the other jiffy lube 2915, was rude and always gives me a hard time. Will go back to this jiffy lube from now on.

I come to this location because the service is always great. Although, you don’t meet the same people, the experience has so far been consistent. I left today’s service upset, but that was due to some personal news I just received as I was leaving. Once something gets in my head whether exciting or not, I wear that feeling on my shoulder. So I apologize if I didn’t seem thankful. Thank you gentlemen for cleaning the inside and outside of my car. I appreciate it very much.
