First time visiting this location. Staff was welcoming and kept me informed of the process and the cost. I was short on time and was in and out in 15minutes as promised.

I came in from work, so after 5pm and they were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the service and being open till6pm

These guys are just awesome!! They were very patient and answered every question I had and I felt more confident when I left My engine light poppped on as I was leaving jiffy lube, and they told me bring it back and they found a code and explained what it is and where it is! Turns out when I left, the light went out and Terrell L was very patient explaining what he felt it was…and he was 100% right!! Also I want to say thank you to Robert P., Robert H., Curtis G. in your West Berlin location they are all hard workers, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Thanks again to Terrell L. & his team for all they did for me! They are definitely an asset to your company and should be recognized for their professionalism, knowledge and kindness! Service was great! Very friendly, clean, and quick. My only issue is with the company's pricing. Thank you for the coupons and "discount". No fault of the men working there, but this time around I still spent double the price than I did 6 months ago for the same thing...a simple oil change and $7 light bulb even after the coupons and discount.

Great Jiffy Lube shop! Pleasant and knowledgeable staff, very attentive and detailed in delivering top notch service. They even checked CarFax for my previous vehicle history and stopped differential fluid replacement since I had it already replaced at my Nissan dealership 5k miles before in 8/25 before today’s service on 5/13/26. Trustworthy pro shop that saved me in redundant service over $150 in service I asked for and requested due to previous maintenance from another unaffiliated shop. This level of trustworthiness and honest shop service is unheard of in today’s auto repair and maintenance market. 5 Stars and More! Thank you so much!

Fast service

Efficient, friendly and easy!

The customer service was impeccable and pricing was fair. I was also able to use my coupon for an oil change which iced the cake! Service was also the speediest i have ever experienced. Place clean and welcoming.

My first time using Jiffy Lube. I got the Signature Service package. Also a new cabin air filter. 3 techs worked on my vehicle. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I'll definitely use the service from now on.

Awesome Jiffy Location with a great crew of guys! Honest people working here. They found a leak in my Telluride (common issue in these Kias) and told me about it and what i should do. Even told me about the warranty that I should have. Some places would’ve just done the oil change, get paid and let me leave knowing I had a serious issue. Kudos to the staff!

The staff there is knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t try to upsell unnecessary items such as wiper blades and air filters like many other quick lube places. Clean, comfortable waiting area and fast service. Speaking to other customers in there they all spoke highly of this location and stated that they have been coming there for years.

The staff was very friendly and informative, showing me what needed to be done with my car.
