The staff was absolutely incredible very accommodating, very knowledgeable, super friendly, and incredibly helpful. There was an issue with the oil filter from my previous oil change with a different company, and the staff here found it broken in the well. They went above and beyond to try to remove the broken oil filter, they were amazing. I recommend this highly to everyone to use this Jiffy Lube.

Highly recommend! I noticed a crack in my tire yesterday and walked in about 10 minutes before they closed. The man who is typically at front desk came right out to take a look and let me know if it was safe to drive to work. It’s such a relief to have a place I feel comfortable going to when my dad’s out of town. Thank you for your trusted expertise — and seriously, the fastest and smoothest oil changes every time. I really appreciate the help!

Helpful, friendly, quick with a nice little waiting area

The entire staff at the Jiffy Lube located in Maple Shade near Leona Road. The staff is very respectful personable and I appreciate the recommendations they made for my services. My car feels amazing.

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and honestly, it was one of the smoothest car service experiences I’ve had. I pulled in and was greeted right away by a super friendly team. They got started quickly and walked me through everything they were doing, which I really appreciated. The oil change itself was fast, but they still took the time to check my fluids, tire pressure, and a few other things — all without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. It was honest, efficient, and just overall a great experience. The staff was professional and helpful which made the whole process really stress-free. I was in and out in no time, and my car is running great. Definitely planning to come back here next time I need service.

Very nice experience so far, seems trustworthy. I just got my second oil change here. They only do conventional or full synthetic, no blends. The service was 89.99 plus tax. I came a second time because they vacuum your floor and put the windshield washer fluid in. However, this time only the front floors were vacuumed and not the back. And, no wiper fluid! C’mon! I did come at 5:25 so less than an hour to close but i called ahead to make sure that was ok. That’s the only reason i give 4 stars not 5. Lobby and waiting are clean and nice with a kuerig cups sugar and creamer. They are always very nice and easy going. Not pushy or salesy.

I drove in this morning without an appointment, I was in town from Toronto. I told them my car was leaking some oil even though i got my oil changed before coming last week. They noticed the oil pipe hadn’t been returned to the correct position and was backlflowing towards backend of my car and that causing the drip. They cleaned up the mess on the bottom tray and fixed the problem no charge! Ty Ron and Jiffy lube team for your kindness!

Although this is not the nearest station available, I would rather travel for great customer service and satisfaction!

Staffs there are very friendly. Came here for a oil change, without any appointment, it was a very quick service. Did not force on any extra addons/services other than the one absolutely needed. Overall a good experience!

Super friendly and experienced service. Will always go to this location BC of the accommodating nature of the place. My 24yr old truck got an oil change, they noticed I needed new wipers and replaced them for next to nothing. They make suggestions without lying or guilting you into spending more money. 10/10 recommend this location

Came here or oil change. No appointment needed and service was quick. The staff all did a great job. They vacuumed my car floors, pumped air to my tires, cleaned out the mess behind my air filter caused by mouse or something, and changed my oil and other services all together.
