The Jiffy Lube team is great and fast.

The handsome, tall gentleman with the dark hair and beard was immediately at my car, to tell me about wait times and prices and coupons that were available for an oil change. The staff checked out my car for any other red flags, and I had low coolant, which they filled, inexpensively and quickly. They put air in my tires and assured me that most everything was doing fine. That's more than my usual oil change spot. Red was kind, and lovely and informative when I checked out. I will be back!

Great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They got my truck in and out quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole oil change process easy. This was my first time at Jiffy Lube, and I was very happy with the service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to friends and family.

Oil changes get more expensive every year but so does everything else in this terrible economy.

Are they fell out with the brakes and his hair was so kind to me I am a regular customer there the service was unbelievable they even helped me diagnose my car and tell me everything that was wrong with it I am very happy with service

I got a tire rotation and brake check. It was done in a timely manner and the service was polite and professional. They applied a coupon and were giving out some sort of product that cleans out your gas tank/line. So it was a good trip. The second in my Lincoln.

I haven't had the time to get my jeep serviced. It was a gut feeling that I needed to at least get the oil changed before my long drive, on a very hot day, and with my Golden. I pulled into Jiffy Lube. The gentleman came out and directed me behind a small truck. He was very polite, kind, friendly, and professional. He helped me determine what to have done and about how long it would take. He offered me and my dog water, and invited us both to wait in the air conditioned waiting room. My dog was so well-behaved you would think she was a service dog; she even surprised me. The same young man came back after assessing my jeep, gave recommendations, and once I approved, the work was done quickly. This was the first time there was a line of cars waiting for service. I like that you can see the work areas and what is being done. It is nice when you don't have to ask "how much longer" because you can see when they are working on your car. I have used Jiffy Lube several times now. This was the first time at this particular location in Stafford. I was very pleased with the service, and how refreshing it was to deal with someone who was so nice. If this young man was not the manager, he should be. He represents Jiffy Lube very well.

Went early, first customer of the day. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. Would definitely use again.

I had to be in and out and noticed at least 5 customers in front of me. I asked the technician how long it would be and he said 30 minutes. He was right on the money and I was in and out. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Also they don’t try to upsell you a bunch of unnecessary things but rather inform you of things that may need replacing or need to be replaced soon with no pressure. And to anyone complaining about price, oil changes are expensive everywhere and Jiffy Lube is actually cheaper than other places. Check online for coupons.
