Very professional- felt comfortable and never pressured when I got my oil changed

When I come for an oil change it's always pleasant and professional. The shop and the lobby are spotless. If I need other services, they explain it clearly so I understand the services they are offering.

Professional, quick crew. Did not try to oversell or overcharge. Friendly, and gave me heads up on some maintenance items on suspension. Will go again.

The oil change was done quickly and the service advisor was very patient as I needed to figure out what type of oil I had used in the past. He also listened carefully to my concerns and he had good suggestions/recommendations.

Staff and facility excellent

Great crew and family atmosphere I came in with a car new to me and they inspected the whole car and found some safety issues that were supposedly looked at during the dealership inspection. Again can’t praise them enough!

The waiting area was very clean and inviting. All of the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Very quick service. My only request would be to return the drivers seat back to it’s original position when delivering it to the guest after service; the person driving my vehicle in/out of the garage was very short and I was surprised when getting back into my vehicle that my seat was almost to the steering wheel. Lol. Other than that…exceptional service.

First, I wanna tell you the gentlemen that worked on my car Went above and beyond their duties Jason, Steve, and Raymond were amazing. They came in and told me every time they did something And how long it would take. The place was clean the value and quality of the work was top-notch. Car dealerships should take a page out of their book. I will definitely be coming back.

Great communication quick service and excellent attitude!!

They warned me about a problem that they couldn’t fix and suggested a trip to the dealer instead. Then they noticed a problem that I knew I had with my windscreen wipers but hadn’t mentioned. It felt like they were both on the ball and very honest - fixing what they could and not trying to upsell me something that was beyond their scope. Very impressed and grateful!

Great customer service and a beautiful, new and clean facility. The guys did a great job on my car for a reasonable price.

Attendant come out right away. All attendants were pleasant and helpful. We only use Jiffy lube Magnolia NJ.
