This Jiffy Lube location is easily the best - every person we’ve met has been kind and professional! Our most recent visit they were very understaffed but the assistant manager - Anthony was a standout guy. He regularly communicated as things progressed and helped ensure we received speedy service even though it was backed up. Cannot recommend enough!

I was driving from AC to Philly and heard noises in my car. I was not sure of the issue. It was 5:30 PM when I was at my favourite restaurant to eat and I see a Jiffy Lube across the road and decided to call before going to get it checked. I call and Anthony picked. He was genuinely the nicest guy I had talked to and turned out the location he was at was bit further. I decided to take the drive even though I had another branch of the same company right in front of me. I pull up at 5:50 PM right around the time for their closing. Anthony patiently checks my car. Informed me nothing is wrong and spends 15 minutes explaining my doubts and charges me nothing. This is a guy who truly cares and wants to help. Won’t find a whole lot of them like him. Knowledgeable, Honest, Helpful!

Best experience ever had there. Though I had an oil leak or other issue turned out to be a sensor. Anthony was great and honestly just him greeting me and talking to was better than past experiences I had there. If management reads this, people like Anthony need a raise or made managers or general managers of your locations. Your customer service would improve overnight just because of him and how he worked with the other mechanics there. Never seen anyone else command something like that. Don't lose a guy like him.
