Anthony and Tone came and took my car right away I was in and out. And it’s Friday at 4:30. They were excellent with their service and made me feel comfortable trusting them with my car.

This is my third visit to this Jiffy Lube location, and not because it’s the closest to me, but because I trust the staff wholeheartedly. General Manager Tone is always honest, kind and communicative. My service is thorough while still being quick and efficient. The lobby is clean, as is the bathroom! I will continue to take my car here because I know I’m in good hands :-)

I had such a positive experience during my recent visit here. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly courteous, personable, thorough, and provided excellent customer service throughout my brief visit. When I arrived, she had just finished cleaning the lobby and waiting area. It was spotless and smelled so fresh and clean. Her attention to detail and the care she puts into her work were immediately apparent. She truly demonstrated a strong sense of dedication and pride in her job, and I hope she is recognized for the excellent service she provides.

I haven’t been to this location in a few years. My last visit wasn’t great and I was hesitant to come back. Glad I stopped in today. The staff was super friendly and the assistant manager went above and beyond to see if I had any questions or needed anything while waiting.

Every single person there was kind & courteous. I'm disabled and had a recent hip injury and everyone on staff went above and beyond, especially Tone, to make sure I didn't have to walk much. They answered all my questions & concerns. They even drove my car right to the lobby door when done and held both doors open for me so I didn't have to walk in the lot. They let me sit while ringing me out and were super clear about the services. Thank you SO much for making a difficult time in my life a little easier. I will keep coming back.

These mechanics were fast, kind and knowledgeable. They get the car fixed no matter the hurdle!! Being a DV survivor w no car knowledge who’s car keeps my kids and I safe needed to be fixed and the shop went out of their way to get it done ? THANKS GUYS

Tone was a fantastic tech. I usually go to a local shop but I waited until the last minute and needed an oil change before a weekend drive. I was grateful to find this Jiffy Lube nearby. He was very friendly, allowed me to ask questions about my car, let me know about the top-off services between appointments, and his team was fast, professional and efficient. Oil change

Came in for a full synthetic oil change on my mom’s cars and engine air filter and was greeted by Adriana the manager (who has the same name as me??) in a matter of seconds. Adriana listened to my needs and even explained the promotion for the full synthetic oil change which is a package deal. I got the better package which is a full synthetic oil change and engine treatment and fuel cleaning plus an air filter all at a reasonable price. She even went over my manufacturer recommendations which I cannot do today, but due to her being so blunt and honest I will bring the car back next week for it. She didn’t put any pressure on me she just told me what i can use for the future and she even cracked some jokes with me. Anthony was the one who rang me out and he was very kind and funny as well. Shout out to the whole crew who worked on my car today names are Adriana, Anthony, Wilson, and Lee. Adriana really sets the example for these guys and these guys listen to her well!!!

Manager Arianna is amazing she is good with communication with the staff and customers, she is well loved at this company she makes sure everything goes smoothly. She is amazing and her team works fast and efficiently ????

Easy and fast

Tone was friendly and pleasant, and kept me informed throughout the process. I even learned something as I observed him working on my car.

Five stars so far. I had a late day and called ahead to make sure it was okay to arrive at 6:35 since they close at 7. Adriana accepted the last minute oil change and got the job done. Every other aspect of my car is one bad day away from implosion, but at least I know my oil and filter are A-okay. Seriously, great team here. Friendly and real. A+

Adriana is the best manager jiffy lube can offer in and out within a decent time frame I got an oil change, tire balance, tire rotation, and fuel and engine treatment done within 25 mins!!! Highly satisfied with Adriana and her crew

Great service and great staff!

I am used to places trying to upsell and get me to buy things I may not really need, but Adriana explained everything to me and even told me why I needed brakes but didn’t pressure me at all. She is very knowledgeable and I enjoyed my visit because she is funny too. Everyone seemed to get along and work well together which normally only happens when they are happy. With her as a manager I can understand why. I will definitely be back and I will recommend this location. Thank you Adriana, for making my visit enjoyable.

Updating my prior rating. The mistake was minor (wrong bulb) and not indicative of the customer service I'm used to at Jiffy Lube. They have apologized, fixed their mistake in a timely manner, and reimbursed me for the inconvenience. I have always been highly satisfied with the level of customer service at Jiffy Lube, and this experience has been no different. Mistakes happen. It is inevitable. It is how you make good on those mistakes that makes or breaks a business, and Jiffy Lube is admirable in that regard. I will definitely be returning to Jiffy Lube.
