Awesome experience! The service was fast, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I especially appreciated how they handled the additional time and complications involved with getting approval through the fleet management company. Despite the delays and extra work it caused, they remained patient, calm, and professional throughout the entire process. Even with all the headaches they had to deal with, they maintained a great attitude and were friendly and personable the entire time. Excellent customer service—I would definitely recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I was in town visiting family when my tire was flat leaving me in a rough spot. I was able to make it to this Jiffy lube where Adriana & Ben went above & beyond to assist me. They quickly reassured me I would be ok and helped me with my tire issue which is not something they usually do. I highly recommend this place and the employees!!

I enjoyed my experience here at Jiffy Lube today they recommended a service i may need in the future , they gave me the option to select a package explained what they did but didn’t pressure to get them and when i thought the tax was high the manager adrianna given extra military discount on top of the bundle they cleaned ip the mess put air in my tire and cleaned my windshield. I dk how much its supposed to to cost, i always worry im getting overcharged, but cusyomer service was great!

The staff is really nice. The attention you get it’s outstanding. Being a girl and going into a place like this can be a little intimidating but they make you feel very comfortable. Adriana is very friendly and personable.

The women in the shop were very helpful and explained everything they were doing. They gave recommendations on what I might need done, without being pushy about it. Other times i’ve gone to jiffy lube, the workers hounded me to get different things done without any explanation. This experience was the complete opposite.

Came in today for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to get me in immediately and made the experience stress free. I trusted their opinion and judgment for everything I needed to make my car safe for myself and my son. The price was fair. Thank you!

Just went in for an oil change. In the back of my mind, I’m thinking I’ll be upcharged at least for an air filter. Nel said they looked at my air filter and it’s good, no replacement needed. I’m thinking well there’s a good sign of a honest shop. They’ll have my business in the future.

Quick service and everyone was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend everyone come in for any of your car needs!

Came in for a quick oil change , took a little while because there were cars out to the road but it moved quickly. Jay was the service guy taking care of everything and the young man was professional and helpful and kind. We have a new baby and he was mindful and quick to get us done and out of the heat. Even offered to get us safely from the bay to the office if it got too hot for us. THANK YOU JAY!!
